Very warm and hospitable family. My mother has a disability and needed to stay somewhere with some support and convenience. This place has lifts and cleaning and cooking services are provided as well. Location is close to Panjim so all food and grocery delivery providers operate around here. Super convenient and reasonable prices, but most of all, the hosts were very helpful and really looked after all my mum’s needs. Thankyou for your hospitality, will definitely stay here again
We stayed here for 3 days, family of 4 with 2 kids. Apartment is quiet well maintained and at a peaceful location . Great place to stay, if you want to visit Panjim and easy to commute to other beaches by car. Mr. & Mrs. Benjamin was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Robin was available over the phone and easily reachable over the phone. I would be very glad to stay again when I visit to Goa next time.

You receive a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund will be initiated for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Following this period, we issue a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. Should you cancel after this period, you forfeit the entire initial booking amount.
Yes, additional guests up to the maximum occupancy are permitted. Every extra guest beyond the initial booking count will be charged per night.

Yes, we offer logistical support including airport/ railway station pick-up and drop, taxi service/ car/ bikes for self-driving and sightseeing. Additionally, we also assist with food and groceries.
